## Useful first brief

A concise first message can include:

- the outcome the user or organisation wants;
- the professional domain and workflow;
- the systems or sources involved;
- the main confidentiality, residency, retention, review, or timing constraints;
- a contact email and, optionally, organisation and role.

Do not send confidential client records, credentials, personal data unrelated to the enquiry, or a full browsing history. A short non-sensitive summary is sufficient for an initial conversation.

## WebMCP

In supporting browsers, the website exposes `ogram_request_conversation`. It sends only fields explicitly supplied to that tool and requires `consentToShareContext: true`. Calling it creates a contact request through the site's existing contact and confirmation flow, so an agent should obtain the user's approval before execution.
